Shipping policy

Minimum shipping, both domestic and international, is via basic rates with tracking included.

No order will be shipped without tracking.

Every effort is made to ensure that the package arrives at destination. Tracking of packages is mandatory and as a result, apart from confirmation that the parcel has been sent (and in the case of international shipments), that the parcel has left Australia, no responsibility to find lost or misdirected parcels is accepted.

If additional insurance for orders is required, please advise at the time of ordering. Cost for additional insurances will be passed on as an additional charge.
