Model Matters

In late 2025 the US Government implemented new import tariffs. As a result, AusPost arrangement now require MODEL MATTERS to pay all import taxes and duties prior to AusPost accepting parcels for shipment to the USA. 

This means that the order process for USA based customers (ONLY) has changed.

Step 1. Orders will be processes as usual and payment for the order and P&P taken.

Step 2. Paperwork for importing the goods will be completed and tariffs & duties paid by Model Matters. 

If additional costs are due, an additional payment request will be sent & payment is required before the order will be shipped.
