USA CUSTOMER NOTICE

NOTICE to our American (USA) CUSTOMERS

After a temporary cessation of postal services to the USA, Australia Post have re-established shipments on Wednesday 24 September 2025. As a result, ORDERS FROM THE USA will again be accepted from FRIDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2025.

The new AusPost arrangement will require MODEL MATTERS to pay all import taxes and duties prior to AusPost accepting parcels for shipment to the USA.

This means that the order process for USA based customers (ONLY) will change.

Step 1. Orders will be processes as before and payment for the order and P&P taken at the time of the order being accepted by the customer.

Step 2. Paperwork for importing the goods into the USA will be completed and all tariffs & duties paid by Model Matters. This cost will then be sent through to the customer as an additional payment request which needs to be paid before the order will be shipped.
